THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.10639 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in taking action on the representations of the petitioners dated 26.07.2011 and 01.08.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
