THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.674 2022 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 05.02.2021 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.584 of 2021. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the Inspection Report issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Gajularamaram Circle-26, GHMC, dated 12.07.2022, wherein, it is stated that the unofficial respondents had not encroached upon any land/Nala and the building was completed as per sanctioned plan. It is further stated that the unofficial respondents had obtained Occupancy Certificate from GHMC vide application No.02987/GHMC/1725/KPL1/ 2021-OC and vide proceedings No.2458/GHMC/KPL/ 2022-OC, dated 30.04.2022 and moreover the occupancy certificate would be issued only if the applicant do not violate the provisions of the GHMC Act.

Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the same before the appropriate Court.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. No costs.
