THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 5041 OF 2023 ORDER:
1. This Cnmina-l Petit,ion is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/ Accused to quash the proceedings relating to Crime No.198 ol 2023, pending on the file of Pahadisharif Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate The offences eilleged against them are under Sections 504, 506 and 509 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and \ \ learned Assisl ant Public Prosecutor for the respondentState. 3.
As seen from the complaint, there are allegations against the petitioners. 'fhe offences which are attracted against them are punishable for less than seven years, therefore, without going into merits of the case, respondent - Police are directed to scrupulously follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.p.C and the guidelines formulated by the Honble Supreme Court in

However, they shall appear as and when directed by the police and shall cooperate in concluding the investigation. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard wilt be viewed seriously.

The Criminat petition is accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this cnminal petition, shall stand closed.
