This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not removing the bus shelter, which was erected in front of the site of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondents Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.7.2010 for removal of the said bus shelter. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that she approached the respondents with a request to remove the bus shelter, which was erected in front of her site, and informed them about the availability of Government land beside her site. They responded to the request of the petitioner and informed her that they will remove the bus shelter. She also made a representation on 12.7.2010 to respondents Nos.1 and 2 for removal of the said bus shelter. But her representation has not been considered so far. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "Respondents Nos.1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.7.2010 and dispose of the same in accordance with law."

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ Justice Raja Elango Dated: 13.3.2017.
