This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr No.117 of 2016 on the file of Kalapathar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 420, 406, 506, 341 and 376-B IPC, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court on 17.12.2016 and await for numbering. In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above crime number.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, leave is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the Calendar Case.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
