THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 45422 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering a crime in spite of the complaint given by the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that Crime No.11 of 2017 was registered by Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad on 03.01.2017 and investigation is under progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
