THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43456 of 2016 The alleged inaction on the part of the respondents-police, in not carrying out investigation in Cr.No.589/2016 on the file of the Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up, reiterating the written instructions, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 27.01.2018, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police have already filed charge sheet in C.C.No.684/2017 on the file of the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
