There was no representation for the petitioners on 27.08.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the matter under the caption, "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioners today also.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Interim stay granted by this court on 03.11.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.11867 of 2017 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
