THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11765 OF 2018 ORDER:

Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the subsequent decision of the District Educational Officer holding suspension of the petitioner as invalid, no further orders are required at this stage and seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as and when fresh cause of action arises. A letter dated 24.07.2018 is also filed to that effect. Leave is granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
