.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11999 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Ac.1.60 cents in Sy.No.329/15 and 16 of Thimmapuram Village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. 3.

In paragraph No.4 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, petitioner alleges involvement of 7th respondent who is a private person. In paragraphs 6 and 7 petitioner alleges involvement of respondents 6 and 7. The 6th respondent is also a private person. It appears he earlier worked as Revenue Divisional Officer. Thus, what is alleged in various paragraphs is against interference by respondents 6 and 7. If what is contended by learned counsel for petitioner is true that petitioner is the owner of property and if private persons are interfering, petitioner has to work out civil law remedies as available to him. Vaguely petitioner now sought to involve the Revenue Divisional Officer alleging that he is also interfering along with respondents 6 and 7. 4.

No material is placed on record to show how the revenue authorities are interfering with private land. Thus, the Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition in the absence of specific pleading of official respondents interfering with the property of the petitioner. If petitioner has any grievance against private persons, he has to work out his remedies as available in law.

- 3 - 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in common law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
