This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendants, being aggrieved of the non disposal of I.A.No.319 of 2012 in O.S.No.32 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Rajam.

There is no representation for the petitioners/ defendants. The learned counsel for the respondent/ plaintiff is present. The Registry brings to the notice of this Court that the learned Junior Civil Judge, Rajam, telephonically informed the Registry that the suit was transferred to the file of the Court of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Ponduru, and was re-numbered as O.S.No.37 of 2015 and was later dismissed as not pressed on 12.08.2016. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
