THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.22120 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not completing the enquiry initiated under Section 6-A case in M.C.No.374 of 2015 dated 19.12.2015 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry.

Learned Government pleader, on instructions, submits that the enquiry is going on and the same would be completed as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the above submission, without going into the merits of the case and considering the limited relief which is being claimed in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs. In view of disposal of the main writ petition, miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ Challa Kodanda Ram, J 14th July, 2016.
