HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.11675 OF 2018 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2018 and not reviewing the case of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to review the petitioner's suspension order vide proceedings in R.No.3486/A2/2017, dated 31.07.2017 and to reinstate the petitioner into service, pending enquiry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any irregularities, however, he made representation dated 12.03.2018 for reviewing suspension order; and that no orders are passed till date. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

(Ser.C) Dept., dated 08.03.1994, and take action accordingly.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
