This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of Agent to the Government, Bhadradri Kothagudem in not disposing O.S.No.172 of 2007 (CMA No.35/2007) and seeking a direction for disposal of the same within time frame.

When the matter was listed on 10-07-2019, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare took time for instructions. Even when the matter is listed today, learned Assistant Government Pleader again seeks time. The suit is of the year 2007.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of suit in O.S.No.172 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
