When the matter is taken up for hearing, Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 25.03.2021. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the same.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. However, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the rejection order dated 25.03.2021, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
