Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy for respondents 2 and 5 and Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 3 and 4. 2.

It is stated by counsel on either side that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dated 27.07.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24507 of 2016.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of building permission in the subject land, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to petitioner satisfying the requirement of Section 428 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and also subject to the petitioner giving an undertaking that she would not claim equities or costs of the building construction, in the event LGC No.129 of 2006 been decided against her, without reference to the letter dated 31.10.2013 of the Zonal Commissioner, GHMC, Hyderabad.
