This Contempt Case is hled by invoking the provisions under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act for non-implementation of the order passed by this Court on 19.O2.2OIa in W.P.No.4165 of 2018.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on O2.O2.2O24, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give one opportunity, the matter was posted to 08.02.2024. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 19 .O2.2018, respondents considered the application submitted by the petitioner and respondent No.2 issued endorsement vide No.C/273O12019, dated 03.08.2019 and the same was informed to the petitioner ald a copy of the said endorsement is enclosed along with the counter affidavit. He also submits that in respect of the same
\ ) subject property, the petitioner filed suit vide O.S.No.268 of 2013 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar for declaration of title and injunction and the same is pending.

In view of the above submission and in view of the pendency of the civil suit, this Court does not hnd aly merit in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, sha1l stand closed.
