Heard the counsel for petitioners and Sri K. Raghuveer Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent in WP.No.35915 of 2014 and 1st respondent in C.C.No.2157 of 2015.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that after filing of the Writ Petition there was a settlement between the parties, and as per the settlement a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- has been paid to petitioners also as additional compensation.

It is not in dispute that the said settlement was entered into by the Andhra Pradesh District Cooperative Central Banks Employees' Union, Hyderabad and the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Banks Association, Hyderabad, and the date of settlement is 11.01.2013.

Clause (5) of the said settlement states that all pending cases in relation to employees who are benefited by the said settlement would be withdrawn.

In view of the said terms of settlement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, in view of dismissal of the Writ Petition as infructuous, no orders are required in Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 7.
