ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the order, dated 20.08.2015, in O.A.No.1133 of 2015, on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad - respondent No.3.

2. Mr.M.Kesava Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 06.07.2016, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that the charges against the petitioner were dropped and therefore, he seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, Mr.S.Raju, learned counsel representing Mr.M.Kesava Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

3. In view of the above facts, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38414 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
