HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION Nos.29723, 29724 and 30437of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Since the issue involved in these Writ Petitions being one and the same, the petitions are heard together and are being disposed of by a common order.

Vide the present petitions, the petitioners seek a direction to the official respondents to take up investigation on the complaints filed by them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has admitted that the petitioners made complaints to Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi to forward to the Registrar of Companies, Telangana State.

No cause of action arises, as at present, to intervene in the matter.

Needless to state that, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of Registrar of Companies, they may approach appropriate forum as per law.

The Writ Petitions fail and are, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. However, in the circumstances, without costs. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J Dt:09.09.2016 usd
