THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15059 OF 2010 ORDER:

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 29.06.2010 granted interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for issuing appointment orders if he is selected to the post of Mini Anganwadi Worker basing on the selection list dated 13.05.2010 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the interim order dated 29.06.2010 passed by this Court has been implemented.

Since the relief claimed in the writ petition and the interim prayer is one and the same and the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 29.06.2010, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 29.06.2010 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.18966 of 2010. No order as to costs.
