This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue writ of Mandamus for the inaction of the police in not implementing the orders in I.A.No.566 of 2007 in O.S.No.481 of 2007, dt.22.3.2007 and consequential declaration that the police has to extend the aid as per the orders of the Hon'ble Civil Court and further direction to the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad to take immediate steps for implementation of the orders in I.A.No.566 of 2007 in O.S.No.481 of 2007, dt.22.3.2007 on the file of the II Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District by extending necessary police aid to the petitioner for complying the orders in I.A.No.566 of 2007 in O.S.No.481 of 2007, dt.22.3.2007."
Heard Sri Vijay Bhaskar Kakunoor B., learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.
This Court by way of an order dated 13-12-2013 in W.P.M.P.No.11833 of 2007 directed the 2nd respondent - the Commissioner of Police to examine the case and issue instructions to the 4th respondent, in accordance with law, in pursuance of the orders of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District in O.S.No.481 of 2007 within a period of two months.
When the matter is called today, it is reported by learned
counsel for the petitioners herein that the respondent authorities have taken the consequential action and as such no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of.
