Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the respondent No.4 - Tahsildar has considered the grievance of the petitioner and issued mutation proceedings in MUT/ 05/ 12/ 03193/ 2019 dated 16.12.2019. Learned counsel also produced a copy of the said proceedings, and submitted that the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.

Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
