This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.118 of 2015 of Gollaprolu Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20(b)(ii) (c) of NDPS Act.

A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is about 125 kgs, which is more than the commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner at this stage.
