It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the point raised in the present Writ Petition is covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No.21580 of 2008 and batch dated 28.03.2017. In view of the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the authorities to refund the amount paid on the application for regularization, since the proceedings initiated under the Urban Land Ceiling Act are quashed and the said lands are not declared as surplus lands.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
