HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION Nos.35703, 38440 of 2013 and 4051 of 2015 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The issue raised in these three Writ Petitions is with regard to the publication/display of photographs of the petitioners by the secured creditors, the respondents herein, in newspapers and other places in connection with the proceedings initiated by the respondents under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. This very issue fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.21851 of 2013 and batch which was disposed of by common order dated 19.07.2017.

For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated common order and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the secured creditors, the respondents herein, to scrupulously adhere to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, as set out in the Circular dated 29.09.2016 and the Master Circular dated 01.07.2015. Needless to state, we have not ventured into the issue of the legal validity of the aforestated Circulars as they are presently not under challenge and the same is left open.
