THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.26673 of 2012 ORDER :

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the tuition fee fixed by the Telangana Admissions and Fee Regulatory Committee (T.A.F.R.C.) for the year 2012-2013, pursuant to the directions of the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No(s).34050-34080 of 2011, filed challenging the order dt.29.10.2011 in WP.No.16457 of 2010 and batch.

It is not in dispute that the students admitted in the said year, i.e., 2012-2013 to the B.E./B.Tech. Courses in the 2nd petitioner - Institution have passed out in April, 2016, and even if the Writ Petition is allowed it would not be possible for the petitioners to recover the additional tuition fee, if any, to be determined after the WP.No.26673 of 2012 is decided.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
