WRIT PETITION No.13359 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to quash the order, dated 04.01.2016, in O.A.No.09 of 2016, on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad. Today, we have dismissed W.P.No.13338 of 2016. Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Asst.Solicitor General of India, has not disputed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is the same as raised in W.P.No.13338 of 2016.

Following the order in W.P.No.13338 of 2016, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.16704 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
