There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The matter underwent several adjournments on 26.08.2019, 05.10.2018, 22.10.2018, 11.06.2018, 30.11.2018, 21.12.2018, 30.08.2019 and 06.09.2019. On all these dates there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the same, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
