This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to dispose of O.P.No.2 of 2013 pending on the file of the Election Tribunal-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Thungathurthy, Nalgonda District at an early date.

3. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the said O.P. was filed under Section 233 of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 read with Rules 2, 7, 12, 13 and 15 of the A.P. Panchayat Raj (Election Tribunal in respect of Gram Panchayats, Mandal Parishads and Zilla Parishads) Rules, 1995 to set aside the election of the first respondent as Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Parsaipally of Jajireddygudem (Arvapally) Mandal, Nalgonda District. District is directed to dispose of O.P. No.2 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
