THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE M.G.PRIYADARSINI F.C.A.Nos. 69 and 70 of 2020 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Justice G. Sridevi) These two appeals are filed by husband challenging the common order dated 26.06.2020 made in F.C.O.P.Nos.1696 of 2015 and 112 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar. By the impugned common order, the learned Judge while dismissing the F.C.O.P. filed by the husband seeking dissolution of marriage, allowed the F.C.O.P. filed by the wife for restitution of conjugal rights.

At the time when the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that during pendency of the appeals, the parties have entered into a mutual understanding which has been reduced into writing by way of Memorandum of Understanding dated 13.04.2022. A reading of the contents of said Memorandum of Understanding disclose that the parties have mutually agreed for filing a petition before the concerned Family Court for decree of dissolution of their marriage by mutual consent.

GSD, J and MGP, J Fca_69 and 70_2020 counsel seek permission of this Court for withdrawing the appeals.

In view of the above, permission is accorded and both the appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the parties to file a petition before the concerned Family Court seeking dissolution of marriage by mutual consent. The Memorandum of Understanding shall form part of the record. No costs.
