Learned counsel representing Sri P. Govind Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that, in fact, the appellants - defendant Nos.1 to 3 have paid an amount of Rs.1,93,000/- towards full and final settlement and in E.P.No.32 of 2005 in O.S.No.43 of 1994 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti, full satisfaction memo was also filed by respondent No.1 - decree holder - Indian Overseas Bank, and the same was also recorded on 18.09.2012, terminating the execution proceedings and, therefore, nothing survives to adjudicate upon in the present appeal, as no controversy still persists.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for appellants, the present appeal is disposed of.
