CVNR, J & TR, J CRP.No.5597 of 2016 Dt: 22.02.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 21.06.2016, in IA.No.931 of 2015 in AOP.No.___ of 2015, on the file of the District Judge, Ongole.

At the hearing, Mr.J.Y.Setty, learned Counsel representing Mr.MV.Raja Ram, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to his client to avail any other legal remedy, if available to him, in law.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.7254 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
