THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3680 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging I.A.No.52 of 2011 in O.S.No.237 of 2005 dated 01.05.2012 passed by the Junior Civil Judge at Shadnagar, whereby the petitioner filed a petition under Order XXIII Rule 1 A of CPC, which was dismissed by the Trial Court. Aggrieved by the very same order dated 01.05.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. However, it is informed by the Junior Civil Judge's Court, Shadnagar, that O.S.No. 237 of 2005 was disposed of on 08.04.2013. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
