Heard Sri K.G.Krishna Murthy, learned senior counsel representing Sri K.Rama Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (A.P.) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

The complaint of the petitioner is that the Land Acquisition Officer did not properly consider the value of the property and without taking into consideration the evidence available on record, fixed the compensation.

The material available on record further discloses that in fact, complaining the same, the petitioner herein approached the authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short, "the Act") by way of an application, dated 24.03.2018, and the same is pending as per the petitioner herein. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to pursue the remedy available under Section 64 of the Act and the Tribunal constituted under Section 64 of the Act shall dispose of the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
