THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE (TR) No.9 OF 2017 ORDER:

Pursuant to the notice issued in the present contempt case, the contemnor is present and produced before this Court a copy of the order, dated 16.01.2018 passed by him in compliance with the orders of the A.P.Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.413 of 2010, dated 23.06.2011. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to pursue the same in appropriate proceedings.
