HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1154 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing both sides, the following order is passed at the stage of admission.

Having regard to the prima facie allegations in the complaint, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence the investigation shall go on. However, the Police of Jeedimetla Police Station are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A1 to A3 during the course of investigation. Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petition, pending if any, shall stand closed.
