THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.888 of 2019 ORDER:

The respondent is present in person.

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 20.02.2019 passed in W.P.No.1074 of 2019. By the said order, the Tahsildar, Bijinepalli Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, was directed to consider the petitioner's application for issuance of e-pattadar pass books in relation to the subject lands in the light of the revenue records produced by her and take appropriate action thereon within a time frame. Alleging disobedience to this order, the present contempt case is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would point out that the respondent-Tahsildar issued proceedings dated 26.07.2019 pursuant to the aforestated order wherein he noted that the petitioner had already alienated the subject lands and therefore, she would not be entitled to claim inclusion thereof in her e-pass books. The respondent-Tahsildar accordingly rejected her application. A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record.

In the light of this development, the order passed in W.P.No.1074 of 2019 stands complied with.

If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the proceedings dated 26.07.2019, it is open to her to separately seek redressal thereof by way of independent proceedings.
