This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 27.11.2015 passed in E.A.No.65 of 2015 in E.P.No.386 of 2011 in E.P.No.26 of 2010 in O.S.No.49 of 2009 on the file of District Court, Prakasam, at Ongole. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. In that regard, he also filed a letter before the Registry.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
