THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.4737 of 2011 ORDER :

Learned counsel for petitioners represented that the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat and filed a copy of the Award in Lok Adalat Case No.37 of 2015, dated 14.2.2015, wherein the dispute in D.V.C. No.3 of 2011 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile), Kamareddy, was settled. The present criminal petition is filed to quash the same D.V.C.

The representation made by counsel for petitioners is recorded. Since the dispute is settled in Lok Adalat, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
