In view of Memo filed by R2/de-facto complainant stating that he has no objection for quashment of the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2011 on the file of II special Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2011 on the file of II special Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are hereby quashed.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
