THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4290 of 2014 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri V.M.M.Chary, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, in similar circumstances, this Court had, by order in C.R.P.No.4289 of 2014 dated 21.01.2015 dated 21.01.2015, dismissed the Civil Revision Petition.

Following the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.4289 of 2014, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
