HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.455 OF 2014 ORDER:

Sri Karanam Ravi Sanker Babu, learned counsel for respondent, would submit that he has no opposition for acceding to the request made by the petitioner for withdrawing F.C.O.P. No.884 of 2012 on the file of Special Judge, Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court at Anantapur.

Having regard to the submission made conceding the request though, there is no representation for the petitioner, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and, accordingly, F.C.O.P. No.884 of 2012 on the file of Special Judge at Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Anantapur.
