Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for G.H.M.C. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in threatening to demolish the structures in the premises bearing H.No.2-56/33/19/A/1 situated at Khanampet and Izzath Nagar, Circle-12, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District, without issuing any notice, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice;

and consequently direct the respondents not to take any coercive steps without following due process of law.

Though various grounds are raised learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to follow due process of law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the

respondents not to take any coercive steps except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. No order as to costs.
