Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Since the 1st respondent had passed order on 03-01-2018 rejecting petitioners' representation, it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience of the order dt.29-11-2017 in W.P.No.40370 of 2017.

Granting liberty to the petitioners to assail the order dt.03-01-2018 of the 1st respondent, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
