HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 10394 OF 2010 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ petition was filed in 2010 in the nature of public interest. It last appeared before the Court in October 2010 and thereafter, neither the petitioner nor their advocate ever bothered to take it before the Court for hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes reference to some events that occurred in 2015 in respect of tribal groups. If that be so, we do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition and grant liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if they so desire.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition, if they so desire and advised, in respect of events that occurred subsequent to the filing of the instant writ petition.
