THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.15527 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in treating the petitioners services as daily wage conductors and not regularizing the services of the petitioners from the date of their initial appointment as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners in pursuance of the circular No.PD-30/1997, dated 24.04.1997 issued by the Corporation and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, both counsel with one voice submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by both the counsels the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
