THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.31898 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed and conclude the investigation in F.I.R.No.93 of 2016 and take action against the accused therein.

The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint lodged by him on 04.07.2016, the 3rd respondent registered a case on 09.08.2016 against the culprits alleged therein in F.I.R.No.93 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC, but, so far no steps have been taken.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits in the allegations made in the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.93 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 18.10.2016.
