When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted representations, dated 18.07.2016 and 13.02.2017, to the second respondent but no action has been taken till date.
Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to verify the said representations, dated 18.07.2016 and 13.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, in the facts and circumstances of the case, and having regard to the nature of controversy, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the second respondent to verify the representations, dated 18.07.2016 and 13.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance
with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
