Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
According to petitioner wrong entry is made in the revenue records concerning Sy.No.77 of Ramachandrapur Village of Saidapur Mandal, Karimnagar District. Aggrieved by the alleged wrong entry made, several representations were made by the petitioner seeking correction.
Alleging inaction on the representations submitted for correction of entries in the revenue records, this writ petition is filed.

Petitioner enclosed several representations to the writ petition paper book. The latest is dated 14.03.2018 and it contains endorsement of Tahsildar, Saidapur Mandal.

If the representations are received and so far no decision is made on the claim set up by the petitioner in the said representations, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision as warranted by law be made and communicated to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the process of consideration of said representations, if it is likely to affect any third parties, they shall also be put on notice and they be given due opportunity before passing final order. 5.
With the above directions the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
